Seats and harness

Has anyone swapped out their seats and installed 3 point harness's? I have the Schroth ASM belts and am looking for any tips. I also plan on getting new sport seats as well. Any recommendations?

Not yet, but sport seats and harnesses are on my 'eventual' list as well.
The adapter frames aren't easy to find for the Cougar in Germany, but if you look hard enough, they're out there. Make sure the seats fit them, of course.
